By using the services of FGT Farmington Tree Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all work we perform, including tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and emergency services. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before we begin work.
We provide professional tree care services to residential and commercial properties in Farmington, NM and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe or beyond our capabilities. Your safety and ours always comes first.
We provide free estimates for all services. The estimate is based on our initial assessment of the work required. If we discover additional issues once work begins, we'll discuss any changes to the price with you before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
You're responsible for providing clear access to the work area and marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items that could be damaged during our work. We'll take reasonable care to protect your property, but we're not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden obstacles.
You must inform us of any special conditions on your property, including overhead power lines, underground utilities, septic systems, or structural concerns that could affect our work.
You're responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required by local regulations before we begin work. We can advise you on what might be needed, but the final responsibility rests with you as the property owner.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. For emergency services, different terms may apply based on the situation.
We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions or equipment issues. We'll notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
FGT Farmington Tree Services carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We're not liable for damage caused by acts of nature, pre-existing conditions, or damage that occurs after our work is complete.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Unless otherwise agreed, we'll remove all wood and debris from your property. If you want to keep the wood for firewood or other uses, let us know before we begin work. Additional charges may apply for special disposal requirements.
Emergency services are available 24/7 for fallen trees, storm damage, or immediate safety hazards. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the urgent nature of the work and potential after-hours scheduling.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
